No Charge Weekends - on the rental document

The value for weekend billing on the document, defaults from the 'No Charge Weekend' setting in the Billing Settings for the customer as defined in the "Additional Information" of Customer Information.
However if the rental document division does not permit the customer's 'No Charge Weekend' code as configured in the Divisional Weekend Charge Codes, then a warning is triggered on the document header and the weekend charge code is set to blank to charge for all weekends.

This default can be overridden for this specific document as required.

Select one of the following from the drop-down list:

Leave the field blank to Charge Weekends.
1: No charge for the first Saturday.
2: No charge for the first Sunday.
3: No charge for the first Weekend (first Saturday & Sunday).
4: No charge for ALL Saturdays.
5: No charge for ALL Sundays.
6: No charge for ALL Weekends (all Saturdays & Sundays).

Only 'No Charge Weekend' codes flagged as permitted in the Divisional Weekend Charge Codes can apply.
Also if a Rental Class is flagged to 'Always Bill Daily Rate' the 'No Charge Weekend' setting does not apply to products in that class.

Note: A flag in the Additional Pop-Up Windows of the Divisional Contract Parameters can be set to automatically trigger this No Charge Weekend pop-up window in contract or worksheet entry.
