Webpage Options

Only Sales Parts are displayed as individual products on the web page.
Rental equipment are only displayed at the Group level.

Following is the information controlling how this sales product is reflected on the web page:

PRODUCT #

The sales part number displays.

DESCRIPTION

The primary description for this sales part displays.

SHOW ON WEB PAGE

Y (YES) if this product should be displayed on the website.
N (NO) to prevent this product from showing on the website.
If this field is left blank, the display flag defaults from the value set in Show on Website Default in Presentation Themes.

BITMAP IMAGE NAME

An image name can be set for the picture representing this product on the website.

These settings to display the product and image, on the website apply to the Portal as outlined in Portal Overview.

This flag and the image names can be setup in Sales Inventory or also in Inventory/Division Settings.
