Actual Job Cost Billing

The Job Costing feature can be enabled in the Company Posting Parameters, and job codes can be setup in Job Cost Codes.

Note: Job Cost codes can be shared across multiple different sites.

This actual billing window displays the Cost Codes and the related revenues and expenses for this site from posted invoices, with the Budget, Revenue, Expenses and Profit/Loss totals.
The Budget Total is displayed as calculated in the Estimated Billing for the Cost Codes for this site.

A window on the Billing column displays the detailed revenues and expenses for this customer/site, as outlined in Actual Billing Transactions.
