Customer Comments and Notes

Counter Menu -> Rental Document -Headers -> Customer Comments

A window is provided to view the complete Customer Notes history as outlined in Customer Notes and also the Collection Comments history as outlined in Collection Comments.

The two operator Security Role Permissions control whether the operator has access to the Collection Comments and/or to the Customer Notes in the rental document header when the 'Open Cust Notes In Doc Entry' parameter is activated in the Company Miscellaneous Parameters.
Note: If the customer does not have any notes or if the operator does not have permission to either notes file, then this window is suppressed.
