Worksheet Adjustments

Inventory Control Menu -> Inventory Count -> Inventory Count Console -> WORKSHEET button -> Update Inventory Worksheet -> Counted window -> Worksheet Adjustments

This window on the Date Counted field of the Update Inventory Worksheet can be used to view any changes made to the counted value for the product, including the Count Tag information that has updated the inventory count on the Inventory Count Worksheet using the Count Tag Entry process.

The location and product information are displayed, along with the Count Tag or Division-sequence#, quantity change, bin location, division of the operator, operator code and name.

If multiple tags are submitted from Count Tag Details the Worksheet Adjustments window will track each Count Tag number.
All Count Tags for a product must be submitted for a product at the same time using Update Worksheet with Count Tags, after which changes can only be made manually to the count on the worksheet.

If the adjustments are erased by refreshing the worksheet, the change reversing the Counted value is also reflected in this window.
The action to refresh the worksheet can be initiated by clicking the REFRESH button on Inventory Count Console, as outlined in Refresh Quantities in Worksheet.

Once the worksheet is accepted and the location count is updated in Sales Inventory and Rental Inventory, the tag information can be viewed in the Count Tag Summary window on the Date Counted field for each product in the product file.
