Print Count Tags

This utility is only available if the use of Count Tags to report inventory quantities has been requested for this location when the Inventory Worksheet was generated from the Inventory Count Console and can be used to print or re-print count tags.
If a serial number for a serialized sales part has already be counted on a tag that is re-printed, the serial number prints in the Remarks field on the tag.

Count Tags must first be generated from Generate Count Tags.

The prompts to print Count Tags include:

LOCATION OR "ALL"

• Type ALL to include all locations.
• Enter a specific location, or select one from the drop-down list.
• Type SEL to select a combination of locations or locations by inventory region as outlined in Division Select by Region.

PRODUCT NUMBER, 'ALL' OR 'SEL'

• Type ALL to include all eligible products at this location.
• Enter a specific product, to print tags for a single product, or select a product from the Inventory Search window.
• Type SEL to select a combination of products as outlined in Select Products window.

PRODUCT CLASS, 'ALL' OR 'SEL'

• Type ALL to include products from all Classes.
• Enter a specific Class, to print tags for only for products from a single Product Class, or select a Class from the Product Class Search window.
• Type SEL to select a combination of Product Groups to include as outlined in Select Class List window.

PRODUCT GROUP, 'ALL' OR 'SEL'

• Type ALL to include products from all Groups.
• Enter a specific Group, to print tags for only for products from a single Product Group, or select a Group from the Product Group Search window.
• Type SEL to select a combination of Product Groups to include as outlined in Select Group List window.

Finished?

Click ACCEPT to print the Count Tags for relevant products, or click CANCEL to abort.
A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
