Performance Questions Available to be Deleted

Only Performance Questions that have no failed responses on any document can be deleted.
If a question is no longer relevant but cannot be deleted, set the To Date to an old date on Performance Questions to expire that question.

To access a list of eligible questions for deletion, click the DELETE button in Performance Questions.
The questions with the applicable date range are displayed.

To delete a record click on the sequence number to highlight the appropriate question record and then click the DELETE button.
Confirmation is required.

No audit log of the deletion is maintained.

Click OK to exit the screen and return to the Performance Questions.
