Portal Customer Search


Global Search window -> Portal Customer # field -> Portal Customer Search

To view a list of all customers that have been given permission to access your firm's Portal website, leave the Alpha Code field blank and click SEARCH, or to narrow down the resulting name list, enter the first few characters of the customer's name to use in the search, and then click SEARCH.

This list can be used to select which API Theme or Presentation Theme that the customer should be assigned.

Search Results:
The list of customers with access to the Portal, as controlled in the Portal Customers screen, is displayed, with the customer number, name, phone#, and API or Presentation Theme code and theme description, where the type of theme depends on the source of the search.
If no theme is assigned to a customer, the default API or Presentation Theme will be used.

The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
