View Cylinder Contracts

This window can be used to view and select from a list of cylinder contracts at that division for the selected customer.

Resulting List:
The cylinder contracts previously generated from Cylinder Entry are listed by contract number with the division, site number, site name and city.

Note: If this search window is triggered from the Sell action in Cylinder Entry, only contracts with cylinders currently out are listed.
If this search window is triggered from the other cylinder utilities, all active cylinder contracts are listed.

The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

Highlight a contract record and click the DETAILS button to drill down to the View Document Information.
The TRX window in this drill down inquiry displays the Cylinder Transactions as outlined in the Delivery Ticket Search.
The DETAILS window displays any container products or cylinders that have already been delivered through the Close cylinder transaction action in Cylinder Entry which logs the correct delivered container count as out on rent as of the delivered date.
If the cylinders have not been delivered yet, then no details will show in the contract details window.

To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
If a New cylinder transaction is being entered in Cylinder Entry, click CANCEL instead of selecting and existing contract, and leave the Contract# field in Cylinder Entry blank.
