Assign Quotation Status Code

Quotation Status codes can be setup in Status Codes, to be assigned to a quote when it is created in Quotations and then updated when the quote is converted to an invoice or rental document in any of the convert utilities.

Default "new" and "convert" Status Codes can be setup in Company Quotation Parameters.

When this window is triggered, the operator has the ability to over-ride the default Status Codes.
This window is triggered in Convert Quote to Contract, Convert Quote to Reservation, and in Convert Quote to Invoice, if the operator has Security Role Permissions giving Access To Quotation Status Codes as set in the "Miscellaneous" window.
This window is suppressed if the operator does not have this role permission.
