Unbilled Cylinder Transactions for Prior Dates

Cylinder billings can only be run if prior months for those contracts have already been billed, as explained in Calculate Billings Edit.
This screen is triggered from a Cylinder Cycle Billing Edit run, if there are any unbilled transactions, to display the contract #, cylinder transaction # from Cylinder Entry, site #, date, customer #, name, division, quantity out and in.
