Company Quotation Parameters

The tunable Quotation Parameters can be accessed from the window in the Company Parameters.
The following company wide settings are used in standard rental and sales Quotations.

Note: These company default Status Codes do not apply to the Sale Approval Quotes or to Sale Approval Quote Status Codes update utility.

Status Defaults
A Quotation Status Code can be assigned when a quote is created in Quotations, and then updated when it is converted in any of the convert programs or in the Quotation Status Codes update utility, but only if the operator has Access To Quotation Status Codes as flagged in the "Miscellaneous" window of Security Role Permissions.

Quotation status values are reflected in the Quotation Status Report.

QUOTE CREATE STATUS DEFAULT

Enter the default Status Codes to be assigned to quotes when they are created in Quotations, or selected a status from the drop-down list.
This will only be displayed in Quotations and be accessible to be changed if the operator has Access To Quotation Status Codes as flagged in the "Miscellaneous" window of Security Role Permissions.

QUOTE CONVERT STATUS DEFAULT

Enter the default Status Codes to be assigned to quotes when they are converted to a contract, reservation, or invoice, or selected a status from the drop-down list.
This will only be displayed in the convert process and be accessible to be changed if the operator has Access To Quotation Status Codes as flagged in the "Miscellaneous" window of Security Role Permissions.
