Company Lexicon Setup

This utility can be used to set a default language for the company, and also to assign various languages to specific operators.
Operators will then see the text on the screens in the appropriate language.

The lexicon feature is activated when a Default Language is defined or when one or more languages are checked as Available.

The prompts are:

DEFAULT LANGUAGE

Select a default language for the company from the Language Search window.

Click DETAILS to view the list of available languages and to assign Operators as follows:

SEQ

Accept the sequence number that tracks the records in the table.

CODE

The code is defined in lower case from the lexicon file maintained by Texada Client Services.

OPERATORS

Window to assign relevant operators to each language used as outlined in Associated Operators.
Operators that are not assigned a language will use the Default Language.
The operator can change the language currently being displayed, from the Main Menu.

The language can also be set in Operators.

AVAILABLE

Check this box if there is a lexicon translation downloaded and this language should be available to operators in this company.
Uncheck this box if this language should not be available to operators in this company.
