Color Selection

This window can be used to define the preferred colors to display for specific actions by operators signed into this division.

Example of Color Coding:

The products in the Inventory Search results paging screen can be color coded to clearly define the current availability status of rental and sales inventory.
Colors may be changed but the standard color values include:

• Green is available
• Yellow is available with a future booking
• Orange is non-bulk rentals available due to a reservation or contract due in
• Red is not available

The configurable color values in this window include:

COLOR

Accept the standard color for this action or select a color from the drop-down box provided.
The color values cannot be blank, and if blanked out the color will return to the standard colors.

To disable a color display for this action or status, select Default from the drop-down box, and the default theme color applies.

After a color is selected a sample of the use of that color is displayed in the two Example fields below.

RED/GREEN/BLUE VALUE

These fields initially reflect the Red, Green, and Blue values that are used in the selected Color.
The amount each of Red, Green, or Blue, can be adjusted in that Color by clicking on the > symbol to increase the R, G, or B color content, or clicking on the < symbol to decrease the R, G, or B color content, by increments of one or of ten according the Change By radio group.

EXAMPLE

As a color is selected and adjusted a sample of the resulting color is displayed showing the color as the "Foreground" and the same color as the "Background".
