Contact Associated Sites

Customer Contact Menu -> Customer Contact Information -> Contact Information -> Sites window -> Contact Associated Sites

Texada Web Stand-Alone Menu -> TW - Customer Information -> Contacts -> Sites window -> Contact Associated Sites

Multiple Sites can be associated with a customer Contact so that a Contact will only receive document emails for his associated Sites. This window can be used to identify the specific Customer Sites that are associated with this Contact.
The Site Search window is provided to view and select from sites for this customer.

When looking for a contact in the drop-down box on the Contact ID field in the Contact Information for a Site, associated contacts are flagged with a Y.

Note: If a Contact should receive document emails for all of the Customer's Sites, check the All Sites box in the Contact Information window when accessed from the Customer Information.
