SCS - Web Service and Automated Reporting Debugging


This is a Texada Support maintenance utility that is not on a standard menu.

This tool can be used to track background emailing of documents and auto-reports setup in Automatic Reporting.
The prompts include:

FUNCTION
Enter the program name or select it from the drop-down list.
Currently this includes: SMCR99 & EMAILQH3

DECRIPTION
The function name or description is displayed.

LOG FILE
Enter the path and log file name.
This is log file is usually in /tmp, or ./ for the current data directory.
For Saas ./ for current directory (eg ./emailqh3.log) should be used so that each company's files are isolated.

VIEW
Window is this View field to view and print the file, or download the file to Notepad.
The log shows a detailed debugging of the email transaction along with additional logging information for both background documents and scheduled reports.
Clear the log file?
After viewing or downloading the operator is prompted to clear the log.
