Transfer Number Search

The screen can be used to view Sales and Rental product transfers between branches as entered in Inventory Transfer to External Branch.
Existing transfers can not be changed because the automatic journal entries for the postings that accompany a transfer record have already been written.

The prompts are:

FROM DATE

Accept the beginning of the current month for the starting date or enter a preferred starting date for the transfer range.

TO DATE

Accept today's date for the ending date or enter a preferred ending date for the transfer range.

Search Results:
The external transfer records in this range are listed with the transfer numbers, date, FROM division, operator, to company code and any notes associated with the transfer out.
The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking on the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

To view the product details included in a transfer record, double click on the record, or highlight the record and click the DETAILS button.
Each product is listed with description, the FROM location, and transfer quantity.

The Divisional Restricted Views assigned to the operator are not respected in this search.
