Clone Special Rate Discounts

This utility can be used to copy the Rental Special Rates by Discount Percent with the applicable products or groups from one rate level to another.
The prompts are:

CLONE OPTIONS

Select one of the following options:

• Click From XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the Special Rate Level that is currently being viewed) to update this Special Rate Level code with the selected products or group and discount percents.

• Click To XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the Special Rate Level that is currently being viewed) to use this Special Rate Level code as the source for the products or group and discount percents, that are to be copied to another Special Rate Level.

FROM / TO LEVEL

This field is displayed as either FROM LEVEL or TO LEVEL to reflect the value required for the copy action, depending on the From/To XXXXXX selected in the Clone Options field.

A Rate Level Search window is provided to search for and select the Special Rate Level to be copied from or to be updated.

FROM GROUP / PRODUCT

This field is displayed as either FROM GROUP or FROM PRODUCT depending on whether the CLONE action originated from a product or group Rates Discounts table.
Only the products or groups will be copied, not both.

Leave this field blank to copy all products or groups from the source Special Rate Level Rates Discounts table to the target Special Rate Level, or to narrow the range enter a starting product or group to be copied.
The corresponding search window is provided to search for and select a starting product or group.

TO GROUP / PRODUCT

This field is displayed as either TO GROUP or TO PRODUCT depending on whether the CLONE action originated from a product or group Rates Discounts table.
Only the products or groups will be copied, not both.

Leave this field blank to copy all products or groups from the source Special Rate Level Rates Discounts table to the target Special Rate Level, or enter an ending product or group for the range to be copied.

FROM RATE CODE

Leave this field blank to copy all rate codes, or select a starting code from the drop-down list.

TO RATE CODE

Leave this field blank to copy all rate codes, or select an ending code from the drop-down list.

Finished?

Click ACCEPT to initiate the copy or CANCEL to abort.
If the Rates Discount table currently on the screen is the To Level then the screen will refresh to display any changes in the records.
