Counter Menu -> Delivery & Pickups -> Pickup Console -> CREATE button -> Create Pickup Ticket -> Transport Supplier feature -> Contract Delivery & Pickup Information -> Print and/or Email Pickup Ticket

This window is triggered after the address information has been accepted in the Contract Delivery & Pickup Information pop-up, on creation of a Pickup Ticket from the Pickup Console when the Transport Supplier feature is activated in the Division Delivery/Pickup Parameters.

The Contract and Ticket number are displayed for reference.
The prompts include:

COMMENTS
The window on this field can be used to review and update the comments, with a flag to print on the Transport notice and Pickup Ticket.

This weight prints on the text notice that can be emailed to the Transport Supplier.

Uncheck this box to skip printing the Pickup Ticket. It can always be printed later using Print Pickup Ticket.
