View DPL Alarm Transactions

This DPL Utility option is only available in the menu tree on Linux systems when the Telematics processing has been activated in the Software Integration.

Use the following configuration utilities to monitor the received alarm notifications:

CONFIGURATION

Select each of the following setup utilities in turn and in the following sequence:

• Interface Error Log Report - outputs DPL connection errors to report or spreadsheet

• Process Alarms/Email Now - displays outstanding process and email alarms and sends emails

• Interface Sent Email Report - lists all alarm notifications sent to superintendents in this period

• Alarm/Manager Email Trace - debug tool to trace email sent for past transactions

• View Received Alarms - view details of a received alarm

When the View Received Alarms option is selected from the Configuration radio group, the following fields are provided:

TRANSACTION NUMBER

Select a received transaction number to trace from the Alarm Transaction Search window.

Transaction Information for Reference:

The date and time of creation, date and time of UTC (Universal Time Code), and date and time of receipt are displayed along with the Data Tag, SRM product number and product description, DPL product number and whether the notification has been sent yet.

View Received Alarm:
The Email address, date and time the email was sent, with the OK flag are listed, along with the date, time created, and any retry count that is left.
The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking on the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.
