This Document Superintendents table is only available when the document has been assigned a Customer Site and the Telematics processing has been activated in the Software Integration.
This screen can be used to record or update the equipment superintendents for this document with email addresses and with the notification level to apply.
This is the list of email recipients for alarm notifications for this document.

Superintendents added on a document are automatically added to the Customer Superintendents, and to the Customer Site Superintendents tables except for Global Sites that are not updated at the site level.

The fields include:

DOCUMENT CARE LEVEL

Select one of the following notification levels to determine the notification time window for the notification matrix level and data tag:

• Click None
• Click Reports Only
• Click Critical Care

SITE SUPERINTENDENT

Existing Customer Site Superintendents are displayed with associated information.
Information can be modified and superintendents can be removed from the document, which does not update the source Customer Site Superintendents.

New superintendents can be added to the document and the Customer Superintendent Search window is provided to choose from existing superintendents, or a new superintendent can be added manually, which is automatically also added to the site and customer supervisor tables.

EMAIL ADDRESS

This prompt is only triggered if a new superintendent is added to the document to capture the address to which the alerts for this superintendent should be sent.

LEVEL

Select a notification level from the Notification Code Search window.

DESCRIPTION

The Notification Code description is displayed for the selected Level.
