Superintendent Data Tag Notifications - on the Document

This table is used by the Telematics monitoring activated in the Software Integration to define the level of the tag notifications on the rental document for each Tag for each Superintendent, as defaults from the Tag Alert Notification Times setup for Site Superintendents.
The default Data Tags in this window can be added, modified and deleted for this document as required.

SEQ

The sequence number tracks the Data Tag records in this table.

DATA TAG

Enter a Tag or select one from the Data Tag Search window.

Note: Click the ADD button at the bottom of the screen to trigger the prompt to add any missing Data Tags that exist in the Data Tags table for this Alert in the Notification Matrix but are not included in the current list.

DESCRIPTION

The Tag description defined in Data Tags is displayed.

NONE

Accept the default email timing code for the None severity level as defined in Notification Times for this Data Tag to use for this document, or select it from the Notification Time Search window.

REPORTS

Accept the default email timing code for the Reports severity level as defined in Notification Times for this Data Tag to use this document, or select it from the Notification Time Search window.

CRITICAL

Accept the default email timing code for the Critical severity level as defined in Notification Times for this Data Tag to use this document, or select it from the Notification Time Search window.
