Interface Email Report


System Maintenance Menu -> DPL Utilities -> Interface Sent Email Report

This DPL Utility option is only available in the menu tree on Linux systems when the Telematics processing has been activated in the Software Integration.

Use the following configuration utilities to monitor the alarm notifications sent to the Site Superintendents:

CONFIGURATION
Select each of the following setup utilities in turn and in the following sequence:
When the Interface Sent Email Report option is selected from the Configuration radio group, the following selection filters are provided:

DATA TAG
Leave this field blank to include emails for all Data Tags, or select a single tag from the Data Tag Search window.

FROM ALARM CREATION DATE
Accept yesterday's date or enter a preferred starting date for the Data Tag notification report.
FROM ALARM CREATION TIME
Accept the 00:00 time representing the beginning of the time or enter a preferred starting time for the Data Tag notification report.
This is the SERVER time, which is not necessarily the local client time if the divisions are in a different time zones.

TO ALARM CREATION DATE
Accept today's date or enter a preferred ending date for the Data Tag notification report.
TO ALARM CREATION TIME
Accept the current time or enter a preferred starting time for the Data Tag notification report.

INCLUDE EMAIL DETAILS
Check this box to include a list of email addresses where the notifications were sent and the date/time they were sent.
Uncheck this box of the email detail is not required on this output.

REPORT OPTIONS
This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.

Finished?
Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.

The email report output includes the transaction number, Data Tag, date and time, contract number, and product number.
