Site Superintendents - Tag Alert Notification Times

The specific alerts relevant to this Site Superintendent can be defined in this screen including the notification time codes.
In Add mode when a new Superintendent is added for a Site, this window pops up automatically and includes all Data Tags defined for this Notify Level per the Notification Matrix, and in Change mode this same screen can be accessed to review and modify from the Tags field.

The "Document Care Level" of None, Reports, or Critical, defined for the Customer Site on the document, can be printed on the Jasper Contracts and Reservations form.

The prompts include:

SUPERINTENDENT

The selected Superintendent name is displayed for reference.

SEQ

The sequence number tracks the Data Tag records in this table.

DATA TAG

When this window is accessed in Add mode for a new Superintendent being setup, all the default Data Tags with the N, R, C Notification Times, defined for the Alert Level in the Notification Matrix are displayed.
Tags can be added, modified and deleted for this Superintendent as required from the defaulting list.
This does NOT change the defaults in the Notification Matrix setup for the default Data Tags.
The Data Tag Search window is provided to search for and select any additional Tags to be assigned to this Superintendent.

Note: Click the ADD button at the bottom of the screen to trigger the prompt to add any missing Data Tags that exist in the Data Tags table for this Alert in the Notification Matrix but are not included for this Superintendent.

DESCRIPTION

The Tag description defined in Data Tags is displayed.

NONE

Accept the default email timing code for the None severity level as defined in Notification Times for this Data Tag to use for this Site Superintendent, or select it from the Notification Time Search window.

REPORTS

Accept the default email timing code for the Reports severity level as defined in Notification Times for this Data Tag to use this Site Superintendent, or select it from the Notification Time Search window.

CRITICAL

Accept the default email timing code for the Critical severity level as defined in Notification Times for this Data Tag to use this Site Superintendent, or select it from the Notification Time Search window.

Note: If changes are made to the tag information, any open documents for this superintendent also need to be changed by searching for Contracts, Reservations or Saved Worksheets for this Site and manually updating the information.
