The Salesforce feature provides the ability to export data tables from Texada SRM in a CSV (Comma Separated Values) format so the information can then be pulled into other software applications.
For more information on this feature refer to Web Services Overview.

ACTIVATE SALESFORCE EXPORTS

Uncheck this box to prevent data from being exported using this feature.

Note: Activating this process will require DBA assistance to enable database triggers.

FTP SERVER, SFTP PORT, USERNAME, AND PASSWORD
Enter the FTP credentials for where files are placed when generated.

When this Salesforce Export feature is activated, then every time a row is added, changed, or deleted from ARCF, ARST, ARNC, RSPC, or RSGF, a record is written to a corresponding LOG file (e.g. ARCF_LOG).
All changes to the same record in a file will be included in a single line in the export file.

Note: Records for customer number blank are suppressed when exporting changes to customers, sites and names checklist files.

The SFEX01 automated job will then process these records in Automatic Job Scheduling.
The database housekeeping scripts will purge all records more than 90 days old.
