Utilities Menu -> Inventory Control -> Update Vendor Product # and Description -> SmartEquip - Duplicate Products in Same Stock Class

A unique Vendor Product # is recommended on each Sales product in a Group, because the "Group" or "Stock Class" represents a single Vendor in the SmartEquip application.
The Duplicate Products in Same Stock Class warning screen is triggered when the SmartEquip feature is activated in the Software Integration, if the Vendor Product # has already been assigned to another Sales part that is in the same Group.
The warning is displayed with all matches to the Vendor Product # in the Group but it does not stop the operator from proceeding.

To Resolve:
A DUPLICATE button is provided on the SmartEquip Compliance screen that can be used to generate a Duplicate Stock Class Parts spreadsheet listing all Sales parts in a Group that have the same Vendor Product #.
The utilities Update Product/Class/Group/Vendor or Update Vendor Product # and Description can be used to change the Group or Vendor Product # as required.
