Clone Product Info to Existing Product

This utility can be used to copy select information from an existing product record to other existing non-bulk rental products.
Only non-bulk rental products in the same Rental Product Class can be updated but there is no restriction on Group.

The prompts include:

FROM PRODUCT

Enter the source non-bulk rental product to be cloned or select it from the Inventory Search window.

TO PRODUCT OR 'SEL'

Enter the target non-bulk rental product in the same Rental Product Class to be updated, or select it from the Inventory Search window, or type SEL to update multiple non-bulk rental products and list them in the Select Products window.

Values to Copy and Over-ride any Existing include:

CLONE SAFETY NOTES

Check this box if the Safety Notes from the source non-bulk rental product should be copied to the target products replacing any existing Safety Notes they may have.
Uncheck this box if the Safety Notes should not be cloned at this time.

CLONE PRODUCT SPECS

Check this box if the Equipment Specs from the source non-bulk rental product should be copied to the target products replacing any existing Product Equipment Specifications they may have.
Uncheck this box if the Equipment Specs should not be cloned at this time.

CLONE ATTACHMENTS

Check this box if the Attachments from the source non-bulk rental product should be copied to the target products replacing any existing Attachments they may have.
Uncheck this box if the Attachments should not be cloned at this time.

CLONE KITS

Check this box if the Kit from the source non-bulk rental product should be copied to the target products replacing any existing Kit they may have in Rental Inventory.
Uncheck this box if the Kit should not be cloned at this time.

CLONE MEASUREMENTS

Check this box if the Measurements from the source non-bulk rental product including Length, Width, Height and Weight, should be copied to the target products replacing any existing Measurements they may have in the Make/Model and Re-Order Information.
Uncheck this box if the Measurements should not be cloned at this time.

CLONE WARRANTY INFO

Check this box if the Warranty from the source non-bulk rental product should be copied to the target products replacing any existing Warranty information they may have on the Fixed Asset Tag.
Uncheck this box if the Warranty information should not be cloned at this time.

ACTIONS:
Additional actions provided by buttons on the Clone Product Info to Existing Product include:

• Check the Clone Box for all Values:
  Click CHECK ALL to flag each option in this list to be cloned.
  Specific values can then be unchecked as required.

• Remove the Check from the Clone Box for all Values:
  Click UNCHECK ALL to remove the clone flag for each option.
  Specific values can then be re-checked as required.
