Bulk Update of Status Code Actions By Group

This utility is based on Status Code and can be used to updated the Inspection Forms, Check Lists, and/or time Delay values for each Group setup in the Status Code Actions By Group table, if the Group belongs to a Rental Product Class.

Using the 'Update Existing Records' action, the option is provided to change values, blank out values, or to leave values unchanged, for each of the Inspection Forms, Check Lists, and time Delay.
This gives the update utility the ability to assign new Inspection Forms, without changing either the Check List or the time Delay value.

The prompts include:

ADD MISSING RECORDS

Check this box to add any Groups not already in the Status Code Actions By Group table, that are in the selection range and that have been assigned a Rental Product Class.
New Groups that are added to the table will be setup to create Work Orders for non-bulk rental products "By Status Code" and will be assigned the new Inspection Forms, Check Lists, and/or time Delay specified.

Uncheck this box if no new Groups should be added to the Status Code Actions By Group table from this utility at this time.

UPDATE EXISTING RECORDS

Check this box to update the Groups in the selection range that are already listed in the Status Code Actions By Group table.

With this 'Update Existing Records' option, if one of the Inspection Forms, Check Lists, and/or time Delay values are left blank in the update parameters below, then the option to clear the existing value or leave the value unchanged is provided.

Uncheck this box if existing Groups in the table should not be changed at this time.

FROM CLASS

Leave this field blank include all Groups for all classes, or enter a starting Rental Product Class for the selection range, or select it from the Product Class Search window.

TO CLASS

Leave this field blank include Groups for all classes, or enter an ending Class for the selection range, or select it from the window.

FROM GROUP

Leave this field blank include all Groups, or enter a starting Group for the selection range, or select it from the Group Search window.

TO GROUP

Leave this field blank include all Groups, or enter an ending Group for the selection range, or select it from the window.

INSPECTION FORM

Enter the new Inspection Form or select it from the Inspection Form Search window.

If this field is blank the following prompt applies

REMOVE EXISTING FORMS

Check this box if any Inspection Form previously assigned to Groups in the range should be removed.
Uncheck this box if the Inspection Forms previously assigned to Groups should remain unchanged.

CHECK LIST

Enter the new Check List or select it from the Check List Search window.

If this field is blank the following prompt applies

REMOVE EXISTING CHECK LISTS

Check this box if any Check List previously assigned to Groups in the range should be removed.
Uncheck this box if the Check List previously assigned to Groups should remain unchanged.

TIME DELAY

Enter the new Time Delay value.

If this field is blank the following prompt applies

REMOVE EXISTING DELAY

Check this box if any Time Delay previously assigned to Groups in the range should be removed.
Uncheck this box if the Time Delay previously assigned to Groups should remain unchanged.
