Correct Out of Balance Contracts

This utility can be run when the Contract header total does not match the details total.
The Contract header total is not displayed on the document screens but it is used in reporting.
All Contracts or only Open Contracts can be reviewed for all sub-total amounts, and a spreadsheet is generated listing any contracts where the totals are incorrect.
The option is provided to proceed with correcting the balances.
