When integration with QuickBooks is configured in Integrated Accounting, the SRM account descriptions
must be setup to match the QB descriptions in order to link the G/L
Accounts in the two applications.
This 'QuickBook Account# Selection' search utility can be
used to access the QuickBook Account# list and to select the
relevant account. Selecting the QB account will then:

Validate QB Accounts:
The VALIDATE button is provided on the Chart of Accounts screen when QuickBooks
integration is enabled to launch the Chart Of
Acct Validation With QB/Xero (QB_ACCT4) utility to confirm that
the Chart of Accounts in SRM matches the Chart of Accounts in
QuickBooks.
If there are any discrepancies between the two Chart of Accounts in
SRM and QB, an error report is returned listing the accounts in SRM
that do not have corresponding accounts in QB with the Acct#,
Description, Type of Account and QB Account ID information.
The Sync QuickBook/Xero Chart Of Account
can also be run to make sure that the accounts in the Chart of
Accounts in SRM are matched to accounts in QB Chart of
Accounts.
The option is provided to auto-add missing accounts to the QB Chart
of Accounts using the SRM chart of accounts as the master list.
All accounts in the SRM Chart of Accounts must also exist in the
QuickBooks Chart of Accounts for QuickBook integration to function
correctly. Running this utility opens a QB login window and allows
the correct QB company to be chosen if more than one exists.
It also establishes the OAUTH token to allow the utility to
run.
