Select Operator To Copy From

Operator codes across divisions for the same employee are defined with the same System ID.
This selection screen lists all operators across all divisions that have been tagged with the same System ID .
The list displays the division, operator code, operator name and email address

This selection screen is triggered when a new operator is created from Add a New Operator or Add a New Division Login:

The record list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking on the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to temporarily reposition them as required.

Make the selection as follows:

1. Existing Employee giving access to New Division:
   When a new Operator is created from Add a New Operator or Add a New Division Login but is actually an existing employee being setup for a new Division, select a record from the list so that the same System ID will be assigned to the new operator record and the configuration data will be copied to the new operator.
   Exiting out of this selection screen without selecting a record will create the new record with the same System ID and email address but will not populate the other operator values. These can be entered manually in Operators Codes.

2. Adding Brand New Employee:
   When a new Operator is being created from Add a New Operator or Add a New Division Login from the NEW OPERATOR button, do not select an employee record from the window.
   Click CANCEL to exit the window and manually setup the new employee in Operators Codes.
   A new unique System ID will be assigned.
