Pickup Ticket Search

Counter Menu -> Rental Return -> PICKUPS button -> Pickup Ticket Search

This search window can be used to select a Contract for the Rental Return by the Texada Web - Pickup Ticket sorted by the Ticket Status of Open, Driver Completed or Closed.
A Rental Return can be initiated for the associated Contract directly from the selected Pickup record.

The prompts are:

TICKET STATUS
Select one of the following options:
  • Select Open to list the tickets with one or more items that are still on an open Texada Web or SRM Pickup Ticket.
  • Select Driver Completed to include only Texada Web Pickup Tickets where one or more items have been flagged as completed by the FL Driver on the mobile device. This option is disabled if the Texada Web feature has not been activated in Logistics.
  • Select Closed to list the tickets with one or more items that have been flagged as closed on a Texada Web or SRM Pickup Ticket but the items have not yet been rental returned.

Note: Tickets can show up on multiple Status lists when products on the same ticket have different Statuses.
Selecting an item/ticket record from one Status list will bring up the entire Contract for Rental Return.

DIVISION, "ALL", "SEL"
  • Type ALL to include tickets from all divisions in the selection list.
  • To filter the tickets for a single division, leave this field blank for the Head Office Division, or enter a specific division code, or select a division from the drop-down list.
  • Type SEL to select several specific divisions or divisions by accounting region, as outlined in Division Select By Region.

Finished?
Press Enter or click SEARCH to return the list of item/ticket matches.

Search Results:
The resulting list includes a record for each product on a Pickup Ticket with the selected Status and Division.
The record list includes the contract number, customer name, Pickup Ticket number, Actual date/time, Close date/time, product number, and location.

The record list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking on the column heading.

To select a record from the list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
The associated Contract for that item/ticket record will be reflected in Rental Return.
The Delivery / Pickup Driver Status window is triggered when relevant for information purposes and can be printed if required.
A warning is triggered to alert the operator if the driver has not completed the ticket but the return is still allowed.
Confirmation is required to manually complete the return.
