Contract Detail Accumulated Amounts

This utility gives Texada Support access to the Product Description, Accumulated Invoice Amount, Hours and Extended on the Contract detail line.
This is useful when the Accumulate Billing information on the Contract does not agree with the Invoice billings.

An audit record is written to the Audit Log for RSCDFX to track data changes made by SCS staff through this support function.
