Daily Close Cash Balances

This is #21 on the FXMENU maintenance utility for SCS use only and is not on a standard menu.

This option can be used to fix the 'Cash Balances' values calculated in the "Cash Reconciliation" of Daily Close 1 (DCCF) table.

Leave the Division field blank if the rental firm does not post DBRs by Batch for each Division.

An audit record is written to the Audit Log for DCCFFX to track data changes made by SCS staff through this support function.
