Payment/Deposit Request Inquiry


Back Office Menu -> Reports & Inquiries -> Payment/Deposit Request Inquiry

This report is useful to track all Texada Pay 'Deposit Requests' that have been sent to customers by Email from Contract Deposits, Reservation Deposits, Invoice Totals and Summary, Contract Totals and Summary and Reservation Totals and Summary, that are still outstanding for follow up with the clients.
The inquiry can be run by Date Out per the header of the document, and can be filtered by status of the request including Pending, Paid, Cancelled and/or Expired.

The option is provided to Cancel a Pending request.

To prompts to view these TP Deposit Requests are:

DOCUMENT TYPE
Select one of the following document selection options:
  • Reservation to only include deposit requests for Reservations in the date range.
  • Contract to only include deposit requests for Contracts in the date range.
  • Invoice to only include payment requests for Invoices in the date range.
  • All to include deposit requests for all documents in the date range.

STARTING DATE
Accept today's date or enter the preferred starting date for the inquiry.
ENDING DATE
Accept today's date or enter the preferred ending date for the inquiry.

DIVISION OR 'ALL'
Accept ALL to see the requests for all divisions or enter a preferred division or select one from the drop-down list.
This utility respects the Divisional Restricted Views assigned to the operator.

Request Status Filters
Check the statuses of the requests to include in the inquiry:
INCLUDE PENDING
INCLUDE PAID
INCLUDE CANCELLED
INCLUDE EXPIRED

Finished?
Click ACCEPT to generate the inquiry, or CANCEL to abort.

Resulting Request Inquiry
The transactions returned include the Date of the document, document Type code, Document number, Amount Requested in the Email, Status of the Request, Customer Number and Name, the Recipient Email Address of the Customer, and the Response Notification Email Address of your staff.

The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking on the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to temporarily reposition them as required.

To cancel a Pending Transaction, highlight the transaction and click on the CANCEL REQUEST button.
Confirmation is required.
