This utility can be used to fix a the product description in
Invoice Details of a current invoice.
This could be useful to correct any uni-code characters in a
product description when the details cannot be edited in Miscellaneous Invoices.
An audit record is written to the Audit Log for RSIDFX to track data changes made by SCS staff through this support function.
