This window can be used to capture a multiple lines of internal notes to explain a product substitution and a print flag can be set for each note to indicate if it should be included on the Product Substitution Report.
These document substitution notes do NOT print on the document itself.

The note that prints on the document detail is the 'Customer Message' defined for the substitution in the Substitution Reason Codes table.
If no 'Customer Message' as been defined for the reason code then the Reason Code Description is printed on the document.
