Print Folder Labels

** This utility is under development and is not yet available. **

This prints labels for file folders for your customers.
It prints the NAME of the Customer on the Label only.

Note: Labels can be printed using Laser printing only from an MFC Windows Client.
To print labels from a Web Session or from an Open Client session, generate the Customer list to Excel and use that software to print labels.

Various 1-across folder label sizes for Laser printing or continuous tractor feed, can be used.
Adjust the lines between each record to fit your label size.
The prompts are:

FROM CUSTOMER ALPHA KEY
Press <ENTER> for all customers or type a beginning Customer name.
Note: This uses the ALPHA customer name for the sorting from Customer Information.
TO CUSTOMER ALPHA KEY
Press <ENTER> for all customers or type in an ending customer name.

LINES BETWEEN EACH RECORD
Enter the number of lines between each record according to the label spacing.

# OF COPIES TO PRINT
Enter the number of labels to print.

ACTIVE CUSTOMERS ONLY
Press <ENTER> or N (NO) to print labels for all customers in the range.

Enter Y (YES) to print labels only for customers with A/R invoices or payments dated in the selected date range.

FROM DATE
Enter the starting date for the active customer range.
TO DATE
Enter the ending date for the range.

ACCEPT OR / CANCEL
Press <ENTER> to proceed with the selection or / to cancel.
SCREEN 2 - NAME SELECTION:

The computer will display all customers that were included in the range selected on Screen 1.

To DELETE a customer, move the cursor to the SEQ # next to the desired customer, press <F7> DELETE Key and <F3> ACCEPT Key.

To ADD customers to the list. Press ADD Key. Press <ENTER> to skip the ALPHA prompt, then type in the Customer #. The labels will print according to the sequence number on this screen.

SEQ#
All the customers selected are listed by sequence number.

ALPHA KEY
The ALPHA Key from Customer Information will display.

CUST #
The customer # will display.

NAME
The customer name will display.

Finished?
Press ACCEPT Key to reach Screen 3.

PRINT ALIGNMENT
Type Y (YES) to print a test label to ensure the printer is lined up.
Type N (NO) to begin the print run.
