Accounts Receivable Menu -> Statements -> Record Sent Letters -> Letter History window -> Statement Letter History

Statement letters setup in Statement Letters, can be sent out to the customers using Print Statement Letters and optionally saved in a history log.

This window lists the letters that are being tacked by letter number, description, and the date that the letter was sent to this customer.
