Prov/State/Region Codes

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Accounting Tab -> Accounts Receivable -> Tax Codes -> ADVANCED button -> Import GEOCode Taxes -> State field -> Province/State/Region Codes

This window can be used to view and select from valid Province/State Codes, or to setup additional region codes.

Search Results:
All existing codes display in alphabetical order with the description.

The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.

Additional province, state or region codes can be added to the list in this window as required, by clicking the ADD button, and defining the new state/province Code and Name.
