Site Search - Customer or Global

This search utility can be used to select a site for a specific customer or a global site.
The feature to make a valid site mandatory on each document can be set in the Required Document Information in Company Contract Parameters.

The information in the Site Search window includes:

SITE TYPE

Select one of:

• Click Global Sites to only list the sites that are setup to be shared by several firms.
• Click Customer Sites to only list the sites which have been setup for this specific customer.

DESCRIPTION

Leave this field blank for all sites for the Site Type, or to narrow the search enter a part of the Site name.
A partial string or phrase can be entered, and the search will find any sites of this Type that have a description containing those characters.

If the output is being generated for a single customer, and Customer Sites was selected for the 'Site Type' filter, then only sites for this customer will be selected.

Search Results:
The sites are listed with site#, and name.
The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.
To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
