Customer Site Search

This site search option is available throughout the software, anywhere that a customer site code needs to be entered, in the window on the Site field.
Global and individual Customer Sites are defined in the Customer Site Information.

The lookup option for sites first prompts for:

DESCRIPTION

Leave this field blank for all sites for the customer, or to narrow the search enter a part of the Site name.
A partial string or phrase can be entered, and the search will find any sites with a description that contains those characters.

SITE STATUS

Select one of the following status options:

• Select Open to view only sites that are flagged as open in the "Additional Information" window on the site record.
• Select Closed to view only sites that are flagged as closed in the "Additional Information" window on the site record.
• Select Both to view all sites for this customer regardless of status.

Finished?

Click the SEARCH button to initiate the search, or click CANCEL to abort.

Search Results:
The matching site records are listed with the site number, description, and status.

The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking on the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

To select a site, double click on the site record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
