Update Selected Profile Codes
Customer Contact Menu -> Update Selected Profile
Codes
Profile codes can be setup and viewed in Profile Codes, for the profile classes setup in
Profile Classes.
The profile codes assigned to specific customers can be viewed and
updated individually in the Profile
Information window of Customer Contact
Information.
This utility simplifies adding and deleting profile codes for a
selected range of customers.
The customers must first be included in the Select Customer Records list as all or part of the
list.
The prompts to add or to delete the profile code records stored
in Customer Contact Information for the
customers in the selection list, are:

- PROFILE CLASS
- Enter the class to be added or deleted from the customer
records, or select the code from the drop-down list.
PROFILE CODE
- Enter the code to be added or deleted from the customer
records, or select the code from the drop-down list.
ACTION
- Select one of the following options:
- Click Add to Add this profile class and code to the
customers in the selection range.
- Click Delete to remove all matching profile code records
from the customer records in the selected range.
STARTING SORT KEY
- Leave this field blank to include all customers in the Select Customer Records list or type the starting
sort key for the desired range of customers within the customer
list.
Note: The Sort Key corresponds to the key Select Customer Records.
ENDING SORT KEY
- Leave this field blank to include all customers in the
previously selected list or type the ending sort key for the
desired range.
Finished?
- Click ACCEPT to update the appropriate Customer Contact Information records or CANCEL to
abort.
