MITS Dynamic Reporting Security & Overview

This option utilizes Management Information Tools (MITS) version 3.1.2 which is easy to use and is compatible with Windows environment.

MITS Dynamic Reports can be generated from within Texada SRM by launching a dynamic reporting interface, that can be accessed and manipulated via a standard Web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox.

Selected reports are pre-configured in the report library included with Texada SRM. The reports can be reformatted and filtered by suppressing or adding columns, grouping data, and adding subtotals.
The operator has the ability to save the new report format or create his own unique report.
Report scheduling can be defined to automatically update the data with output options including a document, a spreadsheet, or emailed to defined addresses.

Access Control of Dynamic Reporting:

• MITS Dynamic Reporting Groups can be used to setup the Server access information by Reporting Groups.
• MITS Dynamic Reporting Users can be used to setup the individual users with password, group permissions, and email address information.
• Assign the Dynamic Reporting Username in Operators.
