MITS Dynamic Reporting Users

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Security Tab -> General Settings -> Dynamic Reporting Users

The reporting user groups can be maintained in the Dynamic Reporting Users window on the Security tab of the Configure System Settings.
An operator must be assigned a Security Role that allows permission to the Security - Dynamic Reporting Users in order to access this table.

This utility can be used to setup user names and passwords to provide staff access to Dynamic Reports as defined by the Groups.
The user name can then be assigned to specific operators in Operators.
The prompts are:

Enter a unique name.

PASSWORD
Enter a password for this user, that MITS uses to access Dynamic Reports.

GROUPS
In the Group window, list the Reporting Groups to which this user should have access.
A list of the Groups is provided from the drop-down box.

ENABLED
Check this box if this user is active.
Uncheck this box if the user should not have access to Dynamic Reports.

EMAIL ADDRESS
Enter the email address to which reports for this user should be forwarded.

Finished?
Click the ACCEPT button to accept and exit, or click the CANCEL button to abort.
