Delete Divisional Restricted Views

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Security -> General Settings -> Divisional Restricted Views -> DELETE button -> Delete Divisional Restricted Views

Entire Restricted View Access Codes can only be deleted from this utility.
It can be accessed from the DELETE button in Divisional Restricted Views.

Tight control can be maintained on which operators are able to delete codes, by controlling the permissions on the roles assigned to Operators.
Refer to the Security Roles setup on the Security tab of Configure System Settings for more information.

Note: Do not delete the code ALL as an operator must be assigned code ALL in order to run the Daily Close 2.

CODE
Enter an Access Code to be deleted or select one from the Divisional Restricted View Search window.

Finished?
Click ACCEPT to continue and if there are no related operator or division records, the Access Code will be deleted, or CANCEL to abort.
Records Linked to Access Code:
The system checks for related records and warns the operator if existing records linked to this code are identified.
In the resulting information warning pop-up, a DETAILS button is provided to view any divisions or operators currently assigned this code, by File Type.

The operator is given the opportunity to remove the access code from the individual operator and division records before the Access Code itself can be deleted, or to abort the access code deletion process.

Finished?
If all associated customer or division records are deleted or if there are no related records click ACCEPT to delete the Access Code, or CANCEL to abort.
