System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Security -> General Settings -> Operators -> Divisional Restricted Views window ->

Restricted Views can be used to control operator access to defined data tables options by division.

Multiple codes can be assigned to the operator, giving the operator broader access as required.
