Utilization Report Email Addresses

Reports Menu -> Utilization -> Rental Utilization Reporting Menu -> Rental Utilization Report by Status Code -> SETUP button -> Rental Utilization Report Setup -> Email Addresses window -> Maintain Email Addresses

This Email Address list screen can be used to view and maintain the list of addresses by locations to which the Rental Utilization Report by Status Code should be delivered, according to report location.

When the screen is accessed from the Rental Utilization Report by Status Code, it is a display only window for reference and the information cannot be changed.

When the screen is accessed from the Rental Utilization Report Setup utility, the Add, Change, Delete buttons are enabled so the location email list can be maintained.
The prompts are:

LOC

Enter the location to email the report for that specific location, or select a location from the drop-down box.
Enter ALL, if the summarized report for all locations should be emailed.
Multiple records can be added for each location and also for all, to email multiple addresses.

Note: If there is no address defined for Loc ALL, then the Summary will not be emailed.

SEQ#

The system uses these sequence numbers to track records by location.

EMAIL ADDRESS

Enter the valid email address of the recipient or select it from the Email Addresses Search window.
