Standard Journal records are displayed in this search window as setup in Standard G/L Journals.
Leave the Description field blank and click SEARCH to view a list of all journals, or enter the first few characters of the journal description to narrow the search.
Search Results:
The list of journal entries is displayed with the Type and
Description.
The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or
descending order, by clicking on the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as
required.
To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
