Operator Report

This utility can generate a PDF list of operator codes with name , division, default division and default location.
The spreadsheet option also includes the operator Internal System ID, Prompt Division, Prompt Location, Search Division, Employee#, and Email Address, Date Range Override, Inquiry Category, Account Disabled, and Texada Web Enabled flags.

The prompts are:

DIVISION, "ALL" OR "SEL"
This prompt only applies to firms that use the Operators by Division feature as activated in Company Information.
  • Type ALL to include all divisions in the report.
  • To print the report for a single division, leave this field blank for the Head Office Division, or enter a specific division code, or select a division from the drop-down list.
  • Type SEL to select several specific divisions or divisions by accounting region to include in the report, as outlined in Division Select By Region.

FROM OPERATOR
Leave this field blank for all operators, or enter a starting operator, or select one from the drop-down list.

TO OPERATOR
Leave this field blank for all operators, or enter an ending operator, or select one from the drop-down list.

REPORT OPTIONS
This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.

Finished?
Click ACCEPT to generate the output, or CANCEL to abort.
